The Expert Practice Forum is also a global community for experts who want to elevate the role of expertise in organisations and society.
It is part movement, part professional development hub, and part peer network.
The Forum is a partnership with the Expertship Institute, bringing together people who care deeply about evidence, rigour, clarity, and the pursuit of better decisions.

Expert Circles aren't webinars or training sessions. They are structured conversations built around the experience, perspectives, and challenges of the people in the room.

Expert Practice Toolkit: A continually expanding collection of practical tools designed around the real challenges experts like you face at work. Quarterly Practice Briefings: Research is only useful if you can apply it. Our Quarterly Practice Briefings examine important research on expertise, influence, decision-making, leadership, and organisational life, then translate the findings into practical ideas that experts can apply. The Briefings will be conducted as an online webinar and will be available to paid members only. They will also be recorded for members who are unable to attend.
Wednesday Wisdom: A short, informal email from me every Wednesday, sharing something I’ve noticed or learned from themes emerging in my conversations with experts and my research. I’ll share an observation or idea that might help you. Or might not. The ideas will be untested and unpolished, but hopefully something that might get you thinking too.
Priority invites to webinars, workshops, and programs: We keep our programs deliberately small because we approach them as coaches, not trainers. Smaller groups create more space for openness, candour, participation, and real discussion. Paid members receive early invitations and priority access to places, ahead of non-members if demand exceeds capacity.

Coming later: Master Tier
A higher-touch membership option is planned for members who want more personalised development and support. It will build on the benefits of standard membership with additional diagnostic, facilitated, and coaching offerings.
The Master Expert Tier will be similar to personalised 1-on-1 and small group coaching, without actually purchasing one of those packages.
More details will be released as the Forum develops. As a Founding Member, your feedback will play a crucial role in the design of the Master Expert Tier. You will also retain your lifelong discount should you decide to upgrade to the Master Expert Tier.
