Small-group coaching brings together a cohort of 3 to 5 professionals who share similar goals, challenges, or aspirations. With my guidance as an expert coach, each participant learns, reflects, and achieves their goals with a support group.
The small group size ensures every person is heard. It allows for greater trust, candour, and meaningful insight.

Online (Zoom / Teams) — flexible and convenient
Face-to-face is available if you are within ~20 minutes of Sydney CBD (travel surcharge may apply for greater distances)
All sessions are 90 minutes
